For general relaxation, stress reduction and physical discomfort. Blends up to three modalities for your well being; may include Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue and/or Myofascial Release (a form of connective tissue massage, implicated in many pain patterns).

Orthopedic Massage
90m session — $174
Please call to determine if OM is right for you. For limited range of motion, postural misalignment, and/or serious acute or chronic pain due to injury, surgery, etc. This form of clinically-based medical massage draws from several modalities to help restore proper structure and function to the body. Includes physical assessment (posture, range of motion, etc.), customized corrective bodywork based on findings, and exercises to help you maintain your progress. More than one session may be needed. Come dressed in gym SHORTS that allow for full hip and leg movement.
